What will your typical day look like?

As a Manager for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) practice, you combine your business and technical skills to design solutions that are usable, scalable, fit-for-purpose and maintainable.

You see D365 as a platform, looking to all emerging Microsoft and Azure-based technologies as a means of addressing your clients' specific needs.

Your years of experience implementing Dynamics AX and D365 in a Manager role through the entire journey of Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Support will be essential to your success.

  • Lead a team of Deloitte professionals to architect solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform for your clients.
  • Work with your clients to understand their business requirements and work with both functional and technical consultants to design solutions that address these requirements.
  • Provide leadership to the delivery team through the implementation
  • Collaborate with other experts both within and external to Deloitte.
  • Support qualifying and pre-sales activities.
  • Maintain a high level of expertise and current knowledge of all features of the Dynamics 365 platform, ISV products in the marketplace and the Azure stack capabilities.
  • Work with near shore and offshore delivery centers within the Deloitte network.

About the team

Our Cloud ERP Practice enables our clients to reinvent their business model while rapidly driving significant business benefits, leveraging the cloud and reducing IT costs.

Our Microsoft ERP Practice focuses not only on Microsoft's current cloud offerings but also on helping clients transition from their legacy on premise solutions

Enough about us, let's talk about you

Undergraduate degree in business or information technology. A graduate degree, professional designation or certification is also preferred.

  • 10+ years' experience in a professional consulting environment with ERP implementation as your focus.
  • 5+ years' experience Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations with a hands-on role.
  • At least 5 full lifecycle ERP implementations in a manager role.
  • Excitement around emerging technologies tempered with the reality of financial systems, traceability and controls.
  • Good understanding of deployment options and topologies available for D365, including experience with LCS.
  • Knowledge of Azure as a platform and associated technologies
  • Familiarity with AppSource and Microsoft's partnering model.
  • Experience integrating to third party systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel within North America is required.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
