Position Overview : We are actively seeking a skilled Journeyman On-Highway Mechanic to join our growing team. If you possess a passion for mechanics, a keen understanding of on-highway machinery, and enjoy problem-solving in a dynamic environment, this could be your next role! Key Responsibilities : 1.

Diagnose, maintain, and repair on-highway machinery to ensure safety and optimum performance. 2. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 4. Collaborate with fellow technicians and management to communicate machinery issues and solutions.

5. Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures. 6. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

7. Continuously upgrade skills and stay updated with the latest industry technologies. Qualifications and Skills : 1. Valid Journeyman On-Highway Mechanic certification.

2. Must have or will get a valid CVIP (Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program) license. 3. Previous experience working with on-highway machinery;

hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills. 4. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. 5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

6. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Additional Assets : - Experience with motor coaches and being CVIP licensed will be considered a great asset.
