Our client is a leading force in the legal technology industry. They are seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead their sales and marketing initiatives.

This pivotal role will be responsible for developing strategic plans to drive business growth, enhance market presence, and build strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership skills, technical sales expertise, and a deep understanding of market trends. Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Development : Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and vision.

Performance Management : Set ambitious sales targets and performance metrics, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to optimize team success.

Sales Forecasting : Maintain an accurate and dynamic CRM pipeline to support effective sales forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Tailored Presentations : Craft compelling presentations that highlight product benefits, facilitating new business acquisition and driving sales growth.

Relationship Building : Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers to strengthen partnerships and enhance client satisfaction.

Market Insight : Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and inform business decisions.

Process Improvement : Continuously refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness across the sales team.

Representation : Act as the company’s ambassador at conferences and client engagements, showcasing our innovations and expertise. Qualifications :

8+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role, ideally within a software or technology environment .

Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and CRM proficiency.

Experience in strategic selling and navigating complex sales environments. Personal Attributes :
