Our client is a leading force in the legal technology industry. They are seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to lead their sales and marketing initiatives.
This pivotal role will be responsible for developing strategic plans to drive business growth, enhance market presence, and build strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership skills, technical sales expertise, and a deep understanding of market trends.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Set sales targets and performance indicators, providing coaching and performance management.
Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline for sales forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Create tailored presentations showcasing product benefits for acquiring new business and sales.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
Monitor industry trends and competitive strategies.
Improve sales processes for greater efficiency.
Represent the company at conferences and client engagements.
Qualifications :
8+ years in sales, with 4+ years in leadership, preferably in software environment.
Proven ability to manage high-performing sales teams and exceed revenue targets.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills and CRM proficiency.
Experience in strategic selling and complex sales environments.
