Veterinary Client Liaison
Department : Dentistry and Oral Surgery
Location : Calgary, AB
Calgary Animal Referral and Emergency (;Centre is welcoming a full-time Veterinary Client Liaison for our Dentistry team.
We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional service extraordinaire to join us in delivering our mission to our medical teams, clients, and their pets.
About the Role
Desired Attributes and Requirements
The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure and customer service focused, ideally you have :
Prior experience in customer service and administrative duties in a veterinary clinic setting
Prior knowledge / or ability to learn medical terminology and Cornerstone
Exceptional client service skills
Empathetic, nurturing, and positive attitude
Skilled in prioritizing needs, open to change, and adaptable
Initiative in carrying out assignments independently
Attention to detail with above-average time management skills
Must be flexible and available to work modified shift work (Monday to Thursday 8 am to 6 pm)
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Strong foundation in MS Office and email, phone and in-person etiquette
Previous veterinary experience or graduate from an accredited Veterinary Assistant program is preferred
