The Office Manager for Express Lumpers will be expected to do thefollowing among other assigned tasks :
- Implement new administrativeprocedures
- Review and evaluate newadministrative procedures
- Delegate work tooffice support staff
- Establish work prioritiesand ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities ofestablishment
- Administer policies andprocedures related to the release of records in processing requestsunder government access to information and privacy legislation
- Coordinate and plan for office services suchas accommodation relocation equipment supplies forms disposal ofassets parking maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of the operatingbudget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and specialreports manuals and correspondence
