Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join the New Grad Sales Development Program. This program is designed to provide recent graduates with comprehensive training and development opportunities to become successful sales professionals within the organization.

The program will offer a mix of classroom and on-the-job training to give trainees a well-rounded understanding of our products, services, and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn about our products, services, and sales processes through classroom and on-the-job training.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers and their needs in the plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and industrial industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Continuously improve sales skills through training and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Recent university or college graduate in various fields.
  • Strong communication skills someone who loves to talk to people.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a sales career.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
