Receptionist in St Catharine's

We are currently looking for a contract receptionist to support upcoming vacation coverage for a well known company

Advantages

  • Monday to Friday 8 : 30am -4 : 30pm onsite
  • Nov 26th -29th and Dec 9th - 13th
  • $20 hourly

Responsibilities

  • Receive and transfer calls
  • Reception and registration of visitors
  • Provide basic information to staff and customers
  • Processing mail and messaging, receiving and distributing faxes
  • Support the daily activities of the office
  • Drafting of standard and personalized correspondence, preparation of mailings (labels,

enveloping, assembly of documents, etc.)

Any other administrative work to achieve the team's objectives

Qualifications

  • Experience in reception or administration
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Fluent written and spoken French is considered an asset
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Manage multi-line switchboard
  • Professional demeanor
  • Can accept directions well
