Seeking a fulltime experienced Receptionist for a potentially temporary position for an insurance company.
Responsibilities :
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner and provide customer support.
- Provide excellent customer service at our front desk to customers, clients and visitors.
- Liaise with multiple departments as required.
- Assist with data entry.
- Performs general office tasks such as filing, data entry and document management.
- Assist other departments
- Support the team with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining precision and follow through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Must have a valid drivers’ license and own transportation as worker may need to go to Welland
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Shifts : Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm
Wage : $19 to $20 / hr
Contract length : at least one month covering a leave but could potentially be longer
