ABOUT THE POSITION
Develop and implement marketing and branding plans, based on market research, customer insights, and industry trends.
Manage the marketing and branding budget, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment.
Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, outdoor, and events.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, agencies, and other partners, to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of marketing and branding activities, using relevant metrics and tools.
Ensure the brand identity, voice, and message are consistent and coherent across all touchpoints, both internal and external.
Manage and develop the marketing and branding team, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching.
THE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing and branding, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Experience working in diverse cultural markets in the hospitality industry is an asset.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and branding strategies and campaigns.
Strong knowledge of marketing and branding principles, tools, and channels.
Creative, strategic, and analytical thinking, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
Leadership, management, and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Travel will be required, minimal.
COMPENSATION
Annual salary range is up to $120,000 depending on experience. Competitive benefits package, annual discretionary bonus, RSP matching and 4 weeks vacation to start.
