As a Sales Representative, you will have a unique chance to evolve with our dynamic team and initiatives. Stationed at our brand-new Presentation Center you’ll be the key player in nurturing bonds with the local community and prospective homeowners.

In this role, you will :
- Welcome and greet all visitors to the sales centre; quickly acknowledge customers’ presence;
- Have a regular presence at sales centers to oversee appointments and presentation of the space
- Introduces Minto’s new homes products and services and answer all sales and customer inquiries within Minto guidelines and policies;
- Achieve monthly, and annual sales targets;
- Understand personas and seek opportunities to provide an exceptional customer experience;
- Schedule and walk through inventory homes with customers as required;
- Ensure card calling and follow-up (touch points) with prospects and customers are completed within Minto guidelines and policies pre, during, and post-sale;
- Enter data from contact cards and maintain customer database;
- Take initiative to improve processes and solve problems;
- Liaise with the Design Centre team to achieve business results;
- Create, Prep, and maintain on-site Sales Tools (., AVID info, creation of sales package / welcome package, co-ordination of marketing pieces)
- Be responsible for CRM Data, including input, reliability, and system functionality
- Support with all materials for new project launches to ensure accuracy and facilitate changes
- Conduct Weekly / Bi-weekly on-site meetings with the Sales team to discuss CRM leads and lead management
- Work with the Director of Sales on quarterly targets and reporting
- Review of APS and Condo Docs and related documents for new community launch and manage changes / updates
- Promote and monitor incentives and present new ideas for proposed changes or special promotions
- Be an AVID representative for sales and aim to improve customer service
- Liaise with marketing to ensure new incentives and promotions are being communicated effectively for all communities
- Manage, document, and work to resolve all customer feedback and escalations
- Manage special projects as required
- Support all customer experience initiatives, including but not limited to external communications, fielding calls, and providing customer support
- Assist with communication between internal / external stakeholders such as sales reps, solicitors, external brokers, and service providers
- Ensure all assigned processes are documented, and important dates are tracked, transaction files are maintained
- Maintain reporting on lead scores and traffic sources on traffic form
- Submit weekly reports on current rates, active comparables, and incentives
- Obtain and pass on relevant information to management and others who should know;
- Shop local competition (monthly);
- Review and understand the information gathered with direct comparison to Minto;
- Remain current on community amenities;
- Attend and participate in sales meetings;
- Prepare and execute sales documents including the Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS) before scheduled appointment as required;
- Review all sales files for accuracy; return to sales assistants for correction as required;
- Order and maintain Marketing and Sales materials as required;
- Conduct sales centre & model home inspections to ensure they are always kept neat & clean; ensure all decorated areas are also in order;
- report any concerns accordingly (weekly) as required;
- Attend training to develop relevant knowledge to strengthen sales skills;
- Assist with the set up of new sales centres;
- Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management
We would like you to have :
- A Real Estate license is an asset
- Minimum of 2-3 years of real estate experience, preferably in new home sales with a strong understanding of the real estate process and affiliated documents
- Proficient in Salesforce and integrated applications
- Microsoft Office all apps, particularly Word, Office, Excel, and Teams
- Exceptional customer service skills are a must
- Ability to commute to site locations across the Greater Toronto (and surrounding) Areas
