As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role as the face of Kaizen, embodying our commitment to excellence in every interaction.
What you’ll do as our new sales professional :
- Build relationships that go beyond a handshake, creating trust and loyalty with clients.
- Present solutions that are tailored to the needs of clients, communicating our offerings clearly and with enthusiasm.
- Travel locally to meet clients, engaging in face-to-face interactions that leave a lasting positive impression.
- Manage your schedule independently, prioritizing efficiency and results.
- Gather insights from client interactions to help inform our services and future strategies.
- Collaborate with a supportive team that values continuous improvement and shared success.
- Represent Kaizen’s values with professionalism, whether in outdoor field meetings or other public settings.
What you’ll bring :
