Description :

• Serveas a senior team member as part of the Agile team and supportefforts to implement adopt and sustain Agile processes principlesand practices;
• Serve the scrum team byleading and coaching team selforganization crossfunctionality andaligning to the mandate of deliveringvalue;
• Remove team impediments thatprevent or hinder team capability andcohesion;
• Facilitate discussiondecisionmaking and conflictresolution;
• Advocate for the scrumteam across the organization and actively question practices andapproaches that are not inline with scrumtheory;
• Partner with the ProjectManager & Product Owner working closely with them toeffectively create maintain and groom the productbacklog;
• Create communication forumsfor the product owner scrum team and associated stakeholders toensure the vision goals and product delivery commitments arevisible and well understood;

Responsibilities :

• Worksin partnership with clients advising them on information technologyin order to meet their business objectives or overcome problemswork to improve structure and efficiency of an organization sI&ITsystems.
• TheI&IT Consultant may be used to provide strategic guidanceto organizations with regard to Information Management & ITtechnology IT infrastructures and the enablement of major businessprocesses through enhancements toIT.
• Providessubject matter expertise in their field and highly expert technicalassistance.
• Providesubject matter expertise and guidance on specific project Preparestraining materials training sessions on project deliverymethodology in accordance with guidelines.

Acquires customizesdocuments integrates communicates and implements comprehensive ITstandards andguidelines.

Architect role(assist)

GeneralSkills :

• Demonstratedexperience directing project teams to ensure project deliverablesare delivered on time and adhere to government and ministrystandards
• Actsas the technical advisor / expert on all aspects of a specificdeliverable
