Make an impact as a Senior Manager with our Indigenous Services Capital Projects team. This diverse team of professionals works with more than 250 Indigenous peoples, groups and organizations across Canada and shares a passion for learning and understanding their history, culture and contributions to our country.
As a trusted advisor, you'll provide expertise to empower Indigenous communities, organizations, businesses and individuals in navigating a dynamic social, political and economic environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in delivering top-notch consulting services, specializing in capital project planning, infrastructure development, and contract administration
- Dive into client engagements, uncover their project priorities and challenges, and set the stage for success
- Seize competitive business opportunities with a strategic mindset and develop compelling service delivery approaches, accurate effort estimates, and innovative pricing strategies to win new business and deliver exceptional value
- Design, create, and refine impactful reports, proposals, presentations, and correspondence, offering practical recommendations and insightful value conclusions that drive decision-making
- Stay ahead of the curve by closely monitoring project timelines, making adjustments as needed to address any discrepancies proactively and ensure project targets are met with precision
- Lead engagement planning, scheduling, and financial management, including budgets, work-in-progress, billing, and collections
- Recognize and address variances to keep projects on track and financially sound
- Inspire and develop your team through effective mentoring, clear goal-setting, constructive feedback, and performance reviews, fostering both professional and personal growth
- Elevate MNP's profile by leading in the local professional community and networking strategically to explore new business development opportunities
Skills and Experience
- Seven or more years of experience in capital project planning, development, or related field, with a preference for experience working with Indigenous communities or enterprises
- Experience working in a consulting or client-service environment with demonstrated project management skills
- Bachelor's degree (or similar) in civil or building engineering, architecture, planning, environmental studies or other related fields
- Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills
- Certification in project management or contract administration an asset
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as required
