We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Marketing Administrative Coordinator to support our marketing team's operations, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
The role of Marketing Administrative Coordinator is to assist in managing key administrative tasks, ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
A core responsibility will be managing our upcoming Webshop, facilitating its operation, and serving as the liaison between sales and IT to address any issues related to functionality.
Additionally, you will support purchase request processes for both marketing and IT needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Webshop Management : Own the operation of the upcoming Webshop, facilitating its daily operations, troubleshooting issues, and liaising between sales and IT to resolve any technical or functionality-related challenges.
- Administrative Support : Assist with general administrative tasks, including organizing marketing assets, managing purchase orders, and handling invoices for both marketing and IT activities.
- Vendor Coordination : Liaise with external vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and manage shipping for event-related assets.
- Copywriting & Editing : Write and edit clear, engaging, and error-free marketing copy for various internal and external communications.
- Graphic Design : Create simple, professional graphics for internal use, presentations, or marketing collateral using Canva.
- Document Management : Ensure proper organization and storage of all marketing and IT-related documents, contracts, and purchase records for compliance and easy access.
- Event Support : Assist with the logistics and coordination of event sponsorships, including managing communication with event organizers and preparing marketing materials for the sales team.
What you bring
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing support or administrative role
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Baseline graphic design ability using Canva
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) an asset
- Experience with digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) preferred
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance review an asset
Salary Range
$60,000 - $65,000 / year
