Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager for one of our major retail clients. This would be on their Product Technology Merchandise Planning team.

This specific project will be working on the Store Clustering where machine learning capabilities are integrated to Anaplan in order to have better insights on the kind of stores that need certain products (Think selling less coats in stores in Florida).

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Effectively plan, manage and deliver technology projects with agreed upon scope, timeline and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet timeline and business goals.
  • Determine resource needs, assigning individual tasks and responsibilities to project team, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
  • Assemble resources and key decision makers from across the organization to deliver defined scope of work and support through go live.
  • Utilize project management tools, methods and best practices to assemble project plans that align with expectations of stakeholders and meet business needs.

Must Haves :

  • 5+years in IT; 3+ years of project management experience; retail experience preferred.
  • At least 3+ years of work experience working in an
  • Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies. (SAFe is a bonus)
  • Demonstrated experience in managing $500k+ budgets.
  • Ability to successfully manage teams with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization.
  • Proven experience with enterprise systems (ERP) and application implementation.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and collaborative
  • Ability to harbor trust and build a space for inclusivity
  • Must Have : Demonstrated experience of technology tools, including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Agile certifications (ACP, CSM, CSPO, CSP, CDAP, PSM / PSPO, SAFe)
