We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer with strong project management skills to take charge of large-scale infrastructure projects.
As a leader, you will play a key role in strategic planning, managing projects from conception to completion, while meeting quality, cost and schedule objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire project teams , ensuring clear communication, rigorous monitoring and a collaborative work environment.
- Design plans and strategies for infrastructure projects in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment of project objectives.
- Manage all phases of projects, from feasibility to delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality.
- Conduct technical analyses, simulations and feasibility studies to ensure the viability of projects.
- Anticipate challenges and provide creative solutions , assessing risks and ensuring proactive decision-making.
- Prepare and present technical reports and updates to management teams and clients, facilitating informed decision-making.
Required skills and qualifications
- Engineering degree in civil engineering in a related field.
- Member in good standing of the Ordre des Ingenieurs
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure project management
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong change management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to inspire trust with customers and partners.
