The Deployment and Support Specialist is an IT professional responsible for the deployment and support of mission critical technologies in police, fire, and medical;
emergency services environments. The successful candidate for this position enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment and interacting with customers.
We are looking for a self-starter, who is continually looking to improve their; efficiency and team productivity.
- Roles and Responsibilities;
- Install, upgrade and configure application suite on various client, cloud and internal Linux servers;
- Deploy database changes to client sites;
- Plan and coordinate data migration between systems;
- Configure and maintain tools for generating, deploying and tracking product builds;
- Improve the performance and reliability of product builds and deployment strategies;
- Communicate with customer IT staff on deployment issues;
- Troubleshoot, document and resolve issues as needed;
- Effectively work on multiple concurrent customer and / or internal projects;
- Provide on-call support after hours on a rotational basis;
- Keep abreast of trends in technology and business requirements;
- Degree in computer science or related field;
