Position : AR Collections Specialist Location : Saint-Laurent, Montreal, QuebecSalary : $65,000 to $70,000 (based on experience) Employee Benefits : 3 weeks of vacation, 5 personal days, RRSP match and more.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist role will support the finance department by performing day-to-day financial transactions as well as participate in a variety of accounts receivable and collections tasks.
Main Requirements : - At least 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role- Strong Excel reporting skills - Demonstrated ability to navigate ERP platforms - Ability to work indecently and part of a team Language Requirements : English- Level of Proficiency Required : Advanced- Reasons for Language Requirement : Communication with clients- Frequency of Use : Daily (for various tasks)Major Responsibilities : - Conduct collection calls and send follow-up emails to customers.
- Process credit card payments by entering and verifying details.- Reach out to customers for updates and maintain accurate records as requested.
- Update client information in the system upon request to ensure accurate data.- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure they reflect up-to-date transactions.
