RQ08086 - Sr UX Designer

Description Responsibilities :

Create effective user friendly and visually appealinginterfaces. Design the overall functionality of the product inorder to ensure a great user experience iterate upon it inaccordance with usertesting.

Design user interfaces for variousprojects such as digital displays publications media and othercreative materials as required.

Take a usercentered design approachand rapidly test and iterate the designs. Conceive and conduct userresearch interviews and surveys and translating them into sitemapsuser flows customer journey maps wireframes mockups and prototypesGeneral Skills : Relevant experience creating GUI designs based onuser interaction and performance Experience as a UX designerinteractive designer UI designer or similar role designing for weband mobile applications Proficiency with design and prototypingtools Thorough understanding of the limitations and appropriate useof web development technologies Experience in designing onlineprograms with emphasis in the emotional aspects of human experienceExperience conceiving and conducting user research interviews andsurveys and translating them into sitemaps user flows user journeymaps wireframes mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive userexperiences Experience designing the overall functionality of theproduct and in order to ensure a great user experience iterate uponit in accordance with usertesting Experience designing anddelivering wireframes user stories user flows user journeys mockupsand prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfacesExperience facilitating the clients product vision by researchingconceiving sketching prototyping and usertesting experiences fordigital products and optimized for a wide range of devices andinterfaces Experience identifying design problems and devisingelegant solutions Experience making strategic design anduserexperience decisions related to core and new functions andfeatures Experience gathering user feedback to configure existinginterfaces A team player with a track record for meeting deadlinesmanaging competing priorities and client relationship managementexperience Desirable Skills : Knowledge of network security andnetwork protocolsSkillsExperience and Skill SetRequirements

User Experience / Product Design (40%)

• Design experience and expertise in developingand executing strategies that improve overall user interactionswith digital usercentric products and services resulting inmeasurable enhancements and positive userfeedback
• The ability to lead the design ofcomplex digital services from concept to production and the abilityto draw on your expertise to develop and maintain a high bar foruser experience standards and performancemeasures
• Demonstrated experience creatingdesign deliverables such as mood boards collaboration boardsempathy maps user flows wireframes mockups and interactiveprototypes
• Demonstrated experience creatingdeliverables such as design blueprints information architecturepresentations and reports.
• A solidunderstanding of generative and evaluative user research methodsand how user research can be incorporated continuously in thedigital product lifecycle
• Handson experiencecreating user research plans recruiting participants facilitatinguser research analyzing findings and deliveringinsights
• Synthesize research findings intoinsightful and concise user research documents such as user journeymaps personas service blueprints and affinitymaps.
• Experience researching and applyingindustry best practices to support your designdeliverables
• The ability to incorporate webanalytics visitor feedback performance metrics and other data toinform design decisions
• Practice providingrationale for design decisions in group settings with multiplestakeholders
• Experience with Figma XDstudio isa must
• Experience coding in HTML CSS andJavaScript is an asset

Communications(20%)

• Ability tocommunicate designs in clear and understandable manner presentrecommendations and provide advice to thestakeholders
• Ability to collaborate withtechnical experts and business subject matter experts to elicit keyinformation relevant to user experience and servicedesign

• Experience working in an agile productteams
