Job Description
BMO is currently sourcing for a Marketing Manager position on a 12 - month contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to) :
You will be critical to this future. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager you will :
- Support a team of Sr Lifecycle Marketing Managers with managing full campaign execution.
- Craft marketing briefs so our partner teams can deliver stellar marketing creative and communications to our customers
- You are customer-obsessed and love testing the end-to-end marketing journey to ensure a best-in-class customer experience across channels.
- you will also be embedded in a fully cross-functional Lifecycle Marketing team tasked with architecting customer journeys, acting as a key support Marketing function
- you are creative, collaborative, and enterprising; highly empathic to the needs of customers; endlessly curious; never satisfied with the status quo;
and passionate about retail banking, its changing landscape, and our mission.
maintain a focus and discipline on results, helping to set up regular campaign reporting to gauge Marketing campaign performance and to inform program planning, program optimization
The roles accountability weighting by category is as follows :
o 10% Marketing Planning and Strategy
o 90% Initiative / Campaign Execution (including associated budget management and risk management)
o 0% People Leadership (Note, this role has no direct reports at this time)
Qualifications
Experience in email channel marketing, CRM, and / or Early Tenure Management : 1 year (Required)Accountable for revenue and retention targets : 1 year (Required)Creative brief writing : 1 year (Required)Campaign management : 1 year (Required)Experience in Financial Services : 1 year (Desired)
Education / Certifications
Bachelor Degree or Diploma, preferably in Communications or Marketing (Desired)
