Job descriptionYou will supervise a team of unionized workers, provide daily support to achieve desired goals and yields. You will implement corrective actions to achieve the highest standards of quality and efficiency while reducing costs. You will rigorously manage operations to reduce losses, meet deadlines, and develop the autonomy of your subordinates, in compliance with current policies. You will ensure compliance with good industrial practices and HACCP standards, as well as workplace health and safety rules for your team. You have between 3 and 5 years of Canadian experience in supervising work teams, preferably in the food industry and with unionized personnel. You have excellent knowledge of HACCP, GFSI, OHS standards, and management practices. You demonstrate proactivity, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and judgment in a demanding environment. You possess positive leadership, focused on staff mobilization, commitment, and performance management. You are proficient in computer tools, including MS Office Suite. You must be a Canadian citizen, have an open work permit, or be a permanent resident to apply for this position.

As a Production Supervisor, your mission will be to ensure optimal management of all production stages and to ensure compliance and monitoring of yields on the floor.
