Familiarity with Lean methodologies, process improvement, and best practices in manufacturing. Fluency in both French and English. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work on-site during day shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Our client’s manufacturing facility in Montreal (South Shore QC) is looking for a Production Supervisor to work closely with the Plant Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Plant Manager in executing operational strategies and driving efficiency on the production floor.
- Supervise and mentor frontline employees, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Assist in implementing change management initiatives to enhance workflows and performance.
- Promote employee engagement, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee daily production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on incident reporting, WSIB claims, and employee relations matters.
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to operational planning to achieve business goals.
