The analyst works closely with business teams and technical teams to design and deploy effective IT solutions.Responsibilities : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and accurately document needs and / or issues.Translate business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical specifications for system configuration and integration.Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, integration points, mappings, and procedures.Work with technical personnel and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems, such as ERP, WMS, etc.Identify and resolve system integration issues and defects, ensuring a smooth data flow between systems.Develop training materials and provide training to end-users for effective use of integrated systems.Support the department head by actively participating in the planning and prioritization of initiatives, activities, and projects.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in information technology.5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Information Technology.3 to 6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.Strong skills in business process management and functional documentation.Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken (essential).We believe that genuine care can make a real difference in the customer experience, and it begins with making a difference in the careers of our team members.Belron Canada is an integral part of the Belron International family, a global leader in auto glass repair and replacement, and forward-facing digital camera calibration.
