We're seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to contribute to our client's efficient office operations. This role encompasses various administrative tasks crucial to maintaining a productive workplace environment.

End Date : July 31, 2024, with potential for extension
Location : Decarie Blvd. Onsite presence is required Monday to Friday.
Hours : Full-time, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
Language Requirement : Proficient in French and English.
Compensation : Competitive hourly rate of $15.75
Position : Office Assistant
Key Responsibilities :
Call Management : Efficiently handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel.
Logistics Support : Receive and organize incoming deliveries. Ensure items are properly sorted and directed to the appropriate departments.
Document Handling : Scan, file, and maintain records of invoices and other important documents.
Administrative Assistance : Provide general administrative support to the office and leadership team as required.
Qualifications :
Prior Experience : Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Bilingual Skills : Proficiency in both French and English languages is essential for effective communication.
Organizational Abilities : Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Tech Savvy : Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and other computer applications.
Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
