Job description10–15 years of progressive Human Resources experience, particularly in a leadership role. Strong background in labour relations, employment law, and strategic Human Resources planning. Proven ability to develop and implement Human Resources initiatives that drive business success. Industry experience in marine, emergency response, or related sectors is preferred. CPHR designation required. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.

This senior leadership role will be instrumental in shaping the company’s workforce, culture, and organizational success.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute Human Resources strategies that align with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on Human Resources policies, talent management, and organizational development.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, and succession strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead compensation, benefits, and performance management programs to ensure competitive and equitable practices.
- Manage employee and labour relations, including conflict resolution, policy development, and compliance with employment laws.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture that supports employee well-being, growth, and satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop the Human Resources team while continuously optimizing Human Resources processes and systems.
