What you need to be a successful Manager in Training with Thriftys :

1+ years’ experience in a customer service and / or retail environment with minimum 6 months in a leadership role.

Confident in delivering the best customer experience possible. You are a leading example for others to follow.

Goal orientated – understands and is eager to achieve sales objectives.

Support the Management team in holding the associates accountable to their maximum potential.

Play a key role in building a team of fashion obsessed brand ambassadors, reflecting the Thriftys brand lifestyle.

Must be eager to learn, demonstrate initiative, and ready to grow into an influential leader.
