We are recruiting an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada .
Responsibilities
The Assistant Branch Manager will provide assistance to the Branch Manager in discharging management duties including financial and asset management, human resource management, training and mentoring, managing quality and service, executing sales and marketing plans. This is an enterprise level job in environments with head counts in excess of 30 employees.
Requirements
- Indipendent Adjusting Lisence
- CIP or FCIP preferred
- Minimum 10 years combined technical claims handling / supervisory experience in commercial and property service line.
- Post-secondary education.
- Technical training related to business unit / service line.
- Continuous interaction with employees, customers, and clients for the exchange of information often requiring analysis of alternative courses of action.
- Strong supervisory and team building skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Business acumen
- Maintenance of professional certification or license
