Job Summary :

We are looking for a visionary Director of IT to oversee and manage our client's Information Technology operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing IT strategies to align with their company's overall goals, ensuring smooth operations, and leading technological advancements across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in IT leadership, strategic planning, and project management, along with strong business acumen and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of systems, networks, and technologies.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of IT infrastructure and systems to support current and evolving business needs.
  • Manage IT budgets, assess cost-effectiveness, and ensure proper allocation of resources.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Work closely with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and corporate policies.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and business improvement.
  • Oversee cybersecurity strategies, ensuring the safeguarding of sensitive company and customer data.
  • Direct vendor and supplier negotiations to secure the best services, contracts, and pricing.
  • Lead the management of applications and related processes.
  • Oversee ERP system implementations, ensuring seamless integration into business operations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing teams and overseeing complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices (ITIL certification is a plus).
  • Expertise in systems architecture, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
