Job description

Are you a driven and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with a knack for customer service and experience in managing local courier shipments and pickups?

Randstad is seeking a proactive and organized professional to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, enjoys working hands-on, and takes pride in providing exceptional service while ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Position : Warehouse Associate (Customer Service & Courier Coordination)

Location : SE Calgary

Schedule : Monday to Thursday from 7 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm

Pay Rate : $21 - $22

Responsibilities

Handle receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment with accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate local courier pickups and deliveries to ensure smooth and timely shipments.

Assist customers and carriers with inquiries, providing friendly and professional service.

Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and tracking information for accurate record-keeping.

Operate warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload shipments safely.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management and order processing.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Experience coordinating local courier services (FedEx, UPS, Purolator, etc.).

Familiarity with shipping software and inventory systems is an asset.

Valid forklift license / certification is a must

Ability to lift and move products safely as part of daily tasks.

A team-oriented attitude with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
