MatchBox Consulting Group is actively searching for a Superintendent for one of Greater Vancouver’s trusted full-service constructors.
Our client is specialized in utilizing modern construction techniques to create quality designs for commercial new build and tenant improvement projects.
Responsibilities :
- Daily supervision of all site operations, including management and maintenance of all regulated site safety policies.
- Monitor field operations ensuring work is being completed in accordance with the project schedule and specifications.
- Ensure sub-trade performance and quality of work meet company standards.
- Participate in site meetings and host required site safety meetings as needed.
- Scheduling and management responsibilities as required during project execution.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of prior experience in commercial, institutional, or tenant improvements as a superintendent.
- Experience managing the full project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills; experience managing sub-trades and suppliers.
- Solid understanding of all construction trades and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and field drawings.
- Eagerness to learn and develop with the company.
