Lab and Technical Operations Manager
Location : Las Vegas, NV (On-site)
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000 per year

Role Summary :
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lab and Technical Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of two advanced labs within their state-of-the-art commercial facility in Las Vegas.
You will manage a team of four lab technicians, supporting various prototyping, testing, and technical projects. In addition to managing lab operations, you will facilitate lab tours, support training activities, and collaborate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and innovative results.
This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with a passion for driving technical excellence and team success.
Required Qualifications :
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proven experience managing or working in labs focused on prototyping, testing, and technical support
Familiarity with systems related to power, networks, and HVAC
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead a team effectively
Desired Qualifications :
Experience presenting complex technical concepts to customers and stakeholders
Ability to mentor and lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing lab operations
