Key Requirements :
- Experience : 10+ years as a Business Analyst
- Expertise : Large Language Models (LLM) & Generative AI Security, privacy, accessibility standards Enterprise architecture documentation (Zachman framework) Logical / Physical Architecture, Design Patterns, TRA, PIA Wireframes, Use Cases, User Stories
- Technical Skills : WCAG 2.0 & AODA compliance DevOps & Agile methodologies
- Preferred Experience : ServiceOntario portal services
Responsibilities :
- Lead business analysis for diverse I&IT projects
- Document and analyze business needs for I&IT solutions
- Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility studies
- Develop architecture documents, deployment models, and compliance reports
- Conduct stakeholder engagement and deliver presentations
Note : Currently remote due to COVID-19; may require onsite work once restrictions are lifted.
