Role Overview :

As the Senior Financial Analyst reporting to the Director, Finance - Fan Growth, you will work within the CFO / COO organizations, and with Fan Care unit.

You are a collaborative financial business partner, and trusted advisor for Fan Care, our organization that takes care of players by delivering signature experiences, promoting engagement in our games, services, and to the Player Network

What You'll Do :

  • Business Partnering with leaders and teams by providing modeling, analysis, reporting, insights for decision-making and KPI tracking
  • Develop decision models in partnership with the teams to ensure sound strategies and delivery of optimization initiatives.
  • Financial Close, forecasting, reporting and analysis
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement, standardization and automation of forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications :

  • BS degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent university degree
  • 4+ years related experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis and interfacing with the business.
  • Proficiency in accounting and general GAAP knowledge.
  • Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint expertise required, familiarity with PowerBI, and Anaplan preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer / end support

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) :

º $73,200 - $101,700 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI / QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental / adoption leave), extended health / dental / vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.

Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
