Our business partner is a well-established company specialized in its field. The company is currently looking for an in-house counsel with a minimum of approximately 5 years of experience in commercial law , to join its dynamic team and thus contribute to the growth of their legal department.

YOUR ROLE :

On a daily basis, the legal counsel will work on a variety of contracts related to commercial law.

Your tasks will include :

• Draft different types of commercial agreements;
• Negotiate and manage commercial contracts;
• Collaborate with various stakeholders in related sectors to properly carry out mandates;
• Play an advisory role in relation to various strategies and activities of the company;
• Identify risks and participate in the development of legal solutions in the context of special projects;
• Resolve complex commercial and legal issues;
• Maintain excellent customer service, both internally and externally to the company.
