Pension Administration Quality Assurance Analyst

Aon is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst for our implementation team within pension administration. The team works closely with internal teams to implement and support solutions for our clients.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Montreal or Toronto offices.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.

What the day will look like
- Review the project requirements to ensure completeness of requirements from a testing perspective
- Review tests for correctness and comprehensiveness to ensure they meet project requirements
- Complete the test scripts to test processes and report defects.
- Verify actual versus expected test results
- Monitor any change in requirements, analyze, and translate the changes into test documentation
- Document defects and test execution summaries
- Oversee day-to-day work per priorities

Skills and experience that will lead to success
The Quality Assurance Analyst is a detailed self-starter.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, or equivalent work experience in an analytical area
- Pension work experience with Defined Benefit plans
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Investigate and fix system errors and issues
- Ability to interpret and understand requirements documentation
- Keen attention to detail
- Bilingualism (English and French), highly desired
