We are looking for a proficient, customer driven, and organized Property Administrator to join the CIE Property Management & Consulting team!
CIE provides condominium property management and consulting services, with an intense focus on organizational efficiency, proactive customer service and concierge-level services.
This role will be coordinating the administrative and physical needs of a busy portfolio of properties. You will have have flexibility to work out of the Milton head office and / or remotely, but must be to travel within Halton and some surrounding areas on occasion for Annual General Meetings (up to 12 per year) and Board meetings (occasionally).
The ideal candidate will have a personal interest in the Property Management industry with the potential for career progression.
Salary : $50,000 per year

Hours of Work :
9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)
Evenings and weekends on occasion will be required on occasion.
Responsibilities :
- Provide superior customer and owner correspondence, in person, as well as by email or mail.
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly and yearly administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Compiling and creating Board Packages with a high attention to detail and deadlines.
- Attending and / or t aking minutes at Board meetings and Annual General Meetings, both in person and virtually.
- Create, organize, edit and maintain property and related documentation.
- Maintain effective organization through both electric filing and paper copies (as applicable).
- Managing meeting schedules and calendar, while tracking ongoing projects.
- Coordinate owner and manager requests, supply needs and maintenance schedules.
- Creation of posters and newsletters, as well as other information material as needed.
- Some on-call duties on evenings or weekends may be required from time to time.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in administration.
- Condo property experience is an asset, but not required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is required.
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and customer service excellence are essential.
- Bookkeeping and accounting skills are an asset.
- Professionalism and respect for confidentiality are critical.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
