We are looking for motivated and professional Sales and Enrollment Coaches to join our team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales and close deals to onboard clients successfully.
- Deliver a positive onboarding experience for clients.
- Facilitate client access to training and schedule their talent hiring interview calls.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and company teams.
- Adhere to data protection regulations and uphold ethical standards.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, enrollment, or customer onboarding roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of hiring processes and client needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions effectively.
- High level of professionalism and a results-oriented mindset.
