Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this role, you will provide critical support to both the sales and customer service teams, ensuring our clients and candidates receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and prospecting activities
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and gather industry insights
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assist the customer service team by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in our database
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments for the sales and customer service teams
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and customer service strategies
- Prepare and share reports on sales and customer service performance with management
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and organization
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates, ensuring their needs are met promptly and thoroughly
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates to encourage repeat business and referrals
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (Post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset)
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proactive, motivated, and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
