Marketing Analyst Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for campaign analytics supporting the growing needs of the Credit Cards team within the broader Marketing Analytics Delivery group
Design / execute / measure high impact direct to consumer marketing experiments
Continuously improve campaign design and delivery by leveraging any and all analytical tools / techniques at your disposal
Execute with excellence
Manage your project pipeline to ensure agreed upon timelines can be met
Proactively provide analytical guidance to key stakeholders, based on deep understanding of the businesses, to understand and enhance marketing ROI
Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes and sound infrastructure
Supporting the business to generate campaign target customer list for the credit card portfolio- creating business requirement documents, coding in SAS, Python / pyspark SQL, or Unica to generate customer lists
Measuring the performance of marketing campaigns
Marketing Analyst Mandatory Skills
Coding experience - will be using data to inform a targeting strategy
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Marketing campaign measurement requirements
Multi-tasking and presentation skills (present results of campaign to extended team)
2-4+ years in analytical role
Business acumen - understanding business concepts
Marketing Analyst - Nice to Have Skills
Marketing analytical experience
Credit card knowledge
Similar experience with other campaign management tools (SQL, SAS, Python / pyspark, or Unica)
Other financial or banking experience
