Order Desk Analyst(SAP)
Joinour clients Commercial Services division driving digitaltransformation and enhancing commercial processes within the miningand metals industry.
This role is key to optimizing contractadministration for aluminum products ensuring efficiency andexcellence in dailyoperations.
Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of $36 to $38 based onexperience.
12monthcontract.
Fulltime position : 37.5hours per week.
Work schedulefrom 6 am to 2 pm.
Remote work : in office 24 times per month aftertraining.
Training : Initialtraining will be conducted inoffice during regular hours (9 am to 5pm).
Responsibilities :
Commercial Operations : Perform daily tasks such as contract andsales order entry shipments and invoicing in SAP for aluminumproducts.
Process Improvement : Actively participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing processesand adding value to stakeholders.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to standard level agreements (SLAs) tomeet customer and contractobligations.
Troubleshooting : Address process issues and bottlenecks to maintain smoothoperations.
MonthEnd Activities : Assist in reconciliation activities at the end of eachmonth.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Education : Bachelor s degree in business or a related field orequivalent work experience.
Technical Skills : Proficient in SAP and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
Industry Knowledge : Ability to navigate a multiproduct environment and standardizeprocesses effectively.
Adaptability : Comfortable with change and able to meet evolvingdeadlines.
Communication : Bilingual in English and French (spoken andwritten).
