Randstad is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Bilingual Order Management Specialist to join our client's team in Mississauga This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for permanent placement, offering a flexible remote work environment and a chance to make a real impact in a growing organization.

Position Overview :

Location : Mississauga

Temporary ongoing opportunity

Hours : 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm OR 10 : 30am - 7pm

Salary : $22-24 / hr based on experience

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into the SAP with accuracy and speed
• Support calls from the sales team, regarding orders and patient cases
• Manage incoming customer calls and troubleshoot issues
• Process and expedite patient orders and confirm correct customer billing
• Follow order shipments
• Customer creation & management of data integrity within SAP and between systems
• Process product requests
• Handle complaints and escalations
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Handle all customer's calls with empathy and care

Qualifications

• Bilingual FRENCH is mandatory (in written and verbal)
• min. 2 years experience in the customer service field or in medical device
• SAP experience is strongly preferred
• must be able to manage time and projects effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong sense of urgency
