We are looking to hire a Practice Manager to lead our wonderful team. The ideal candidate will have at leats 3 years of experience leading a large team.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Achieving and exceeding annual revenue budgets.
  • Reinvigorating our patient base with unscheduled hygiene appointments.
  • Supporting ongoing management of pre-booking appointments.
  • Enhancing staff efficiency through a strategic staffing approach.
  • Collaborating on a dental supply strategy with both the team and external vendors.
  • Elevating customer satisfaction levels through measured KPIs.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a related area.
