IT ProjectManager
Weare seeking a professional to support our client in the insuranceindustry working on the GFT Risk portfolio which includesinitiatives like MRM Reinsurance Credit Risk Monitor and variousenhancements.
This role will involve collaboration with both localand global teams with the possibility of occasional meetingsoutside of regular businesshours.
Whatis in it foryou :
Salaried : $71 to $74 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate : $85 to $88 perhour.
5month contract with thepotential for permanentemployment.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Workschedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work : 3 office days from Tuesday toThursday.
Responsibilities :
Ensure successful and timely delivery of project deliverablesaccording to scope and budget.
Act as Project Manager or Scrum Master facilitating daily standupssprint planning and retrospectives to resolve issues within theteam.
Monitor timelines andproactively address any project issues to keep deliverables ontrack.
Prepare and presentprogress updates to stakeholders ensuringtransparency.
Manage financialaspects of each initiative to ensure delivery withinbudget.
Oversee project teamsincluding defining business requirements coordinating resources andguiding teams in developing highquality softwaresolutions.
Lead user acceptancetesting and ensure defectfreerollouts.
Ensure projectmanagement methodologies and systems development processes arefollowed.
Present findings andupdates to steering committees orsponsors.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Bachelor s degree.
PMP Agile orSAFe certification (NicetoHave).
5 years of experience leading Agile teams with a strong trackrecord in project management.
Proven negotiation skills with senior business leaders and a strongsense of ownership in resolvingissues.
Excellent communicationskills comfortable engaging with both team members and executiveleaders.
Ability to thinkinnovatively and offer solutions to complexproblems.
