We're seeking exceptional, experienced Security Professionals with OFA 1 certification and concierge experience for our high-profile site in Downtown.

Location : Vancouver Downtown
Job Requirements :
- Greet and Welcome all Guests in the Area
- OFA1 certification is mandatory (OFA2 is an asset)
- Conduct Access Control
- Answering Phone Calls & Receiving Packages When Required.
- Interior & Exterior Patrols as required, including but not restricted to parking lots, stairwells, hallways, common area facilities
- Answering all tenant questions and inquires
- Providing Excellent Customer Services
- Coordinating & Liaising with Police and other Emergency Services Providers as Required
- Providing detailed reports including reports including occurrence reports, incident reports, and patrol reports as required.
- Reporting and documenting any safety hazards to the Operations Managers
Availability Requirements :
Open availability for Full Time
Requirements :
- BC Security License (BST)
- Occupational First Aid Level 1 (OFA1)
- Occupational First Aid Level 2 (OFA2) - asset
- Minimum of 1 year of security industry experience
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, available, independent nature, of sound character and a team player
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment
