Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

At DCCHail Calgary ,we are looking for a Repair Coordinator Administrator to provide professional administrative support to our team.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage data entry, formatting, editing, proofreading of various documents and other related tasks
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communication
  • Follow up appropriately on action items and deliverables with business owners within the established timelines
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including emails, copying, and scanning documents
  • Provide general administrative support and support general organizational administrative function as required

Requirements :

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Outstanding organizational and customer service skills
  • A performance driven attitude to accomplish all tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
  • Ability to speak French is an asset
