The Sales Lot Attendant is responsible for receiving and organizing new vehicle deliveries, maintaining cleanliness, and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
They handle vehicle licensing, conduct inspections, address customer concerns, and ensure the overall organization and cleanliness of the lot.
The ideal candidate should have a valid and current driver's license with a clean driving record, a high school diploma, and must be a minimum of 21 years old for insurance purposes.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for verifying receipt of new vehicles delivered to the dealership and park vehicles in the lot in addition to maintaining the cleanliness and organization for the demos, showroom vehicles and inventory.
Act as Brand Ambassador
Delivery and pick up of vehicle licensing
Receive and release inventory from Transport Companies
Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice
Assign stock control numbers to cards
Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice
Pick up and / or drop off sold units as requested
Assist with the preparation of vehicles for delivery
Security and storage of vehicle keys
Perform daily inspection of lot for unlocked vehicles
Maintain the showroom vehicles and demos for cleanliness
Ensure the lot is arranged, organized and free from litter and debris
Ensure Demo Vehicles are fueled and properly organized
Recording customer concerns and passing them on to the correct contact person Prepares and reviews reports
Qualifications & Skills :
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
Valid and current Driver's License with clean driving record
Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission
Experience as auto detailer
Ability to maintain a good driving record
People focused and passionate about providing great customer service
Excellent Attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
High School diploma
Must be minimum 21 years of age for insurance purposes
