A dedicated CDP Opportunity Support team provides guidance to account teams, sales, legal, solution architects and other stakeholders to help ensure that these security requirements are addressed for all the services Accenture delivers to clients.
The technical writer will lead content creation for a variety of Information Security written materials, which are consumed by Accenture client account teams and Accenture clients.
You Are
A technical writer who can transform complex security topics into understandable statements and easily consumable written content.
The role requires expertise in translating complicated subject matter into editorial products with clarity and precision.
The individual has B2B experience writing content for a non-technical audience in multiple formats, such as request for proposal (RFP) responses, briefings, manuals, reports, capability documents.
The technical writer will edit and enhance existing materials and create new content, requiring the assessment of a variety of complex sources.
Balancing the need for speed with the need for accuracy is critical. Prior experience writing about cybersecurity, information security and data privacy topics is beneficial, as is prior work in professional services.
Job Responsibilities
Write clean, crisp, accurate client-facing responses to RFPs and audit requests that convey Accenture's Information Security approach.
Update, maintain and write standard content and responses featured on the Information Security RFP response Wiki across two primary categories responses mapped to ISO 27001 controls, and enterprise standard controls responses.
Update, maintain and write new content for the Information Security chatbot, which helps Accenture client account teams answer their clients' commonly asked questions about information security and data privacy.

Supplier cyber risk management
Deliver clear, concise grammatically correct copy aligned to Accenture Brand and style guidelines.
Evolve the ongoing strategy and approach to content creation and distribution to incorporate the latest capabilities and platforms.
As requested, write cybersecurity and industry award application submissions, approximately three to four per year.
On occasion, create content to showcase Accenture's market-leading Information Security stories, to include LinkedIn articles, blogs and messages for presentations.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferably in Creative Writing, Media, Journalism, English Language, or Communications.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in writing, editing, proofreading.
Fluent in English both written and oral communication.
Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to prioritize multiple demands and activities in fast-paced and time-pressured environment.
Skilled at working independently with minimal management supervision, while at the same time, being team-oriented with proficiency interacting with individuals from all parts of the organization.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Good balance between strategic thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and leadership presence, with the ability to work effectively with executives.
Experience working with chatbots beneficial.
Spanish language skills a plus, but not required.
