Reporting to the Housekeeping Leadership Teamresponsibilities and essential job functions include but are notlimited to the following :
- Consistentlyoffer welcoming friendly and warm service to external and internalguests
- Provide intuitive service engaging withexternal and internal guests and anticipating theirneeds
- Communicate any specific guest requestsor concerns with a Housekeeping leader
- Takeownership of guests privacy and belongings while ensuringexceptional service
- Return and properly tag alllost and found articles in the HousekeepingOffice
- Clean and sanitize all assignedguestrooms and public spaces including : dusting making beds soiledlinen / garbage removal from rooms vacuuming bathroom cleaning anddisinfecting cleaning furniture inside window cleaning andreplenishing rooms with supplies
- Participate indeep cleaning of rooms as required
- Maintainproper usage of cleaning supplies andequipment
- Consistently update and record allcleaned rooms
- Follow detailed cleaningstandards in both stayover and vacant rooms as set through our ALLSafe Stay Well Leading Quality Assurance and Accors brandstandards
- Follow all safety &sanitation policies and work safely to preventinjury
- Foster positive cross departmentalrelationships to create a seamlessexperience
- Report any maintenance needsrequired in guest rooms service areas and publicspaces
- Ability to work weekends holidays andshift work as scheduled
- Perform other relatedduties and follow hotel standards asassigned
Qualifications :
- Previoushousekeeping experience an asset
- Excellentcommunication and organizational skills
- Stronginterpersonal and problem solvingabilities
- Highly responsible &reliable
- Ability to work cohesively with fellowcolleagues as part of a team with minimumsupervision
- Ability to focus attention on guestneeds remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
