Financial Administrative Assistant

Benefits

Duties :

  • Processing / reviewing daily business transactions regarding client accounts
  • Paying regular invoices and monthly credit cards.
  • Processing tax installments on behalf of client businesses.
  • Sorting / distributing incoming mail and maintaining and updating email correspondence
  • Preparing and maintaining client files, paperwork, and meeting notes
  • Following up on action items from completed meetings
  • Maintaining and analyzing client investment account records
  • Collecting and preparing loan applications
  • Regulatory / Compliance tracking and follow-up
  • Confirming client appointments

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or other Postsecondary degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience preferably in the financial services industry or banking.
  • Excellent computer literacy. Specifically in Excel, Gmail, Google Drive (Sheets, Docs), Windows, Adobe for PDF editing and management.
  • Customer service orientated
  • You may have a professional designation or looking to acquire one : CFP, CPA, PFP, CSC
